With more than 30 years of experience caring for patients and training the next generation of physicians, Dr. Edward Chang brings a unique blend of expertise, precision, and warmth to his practice.

Dr. Chang is the Assistant Dean of Medical Education and a Clinical Professor of Otolaryngology at California Northstate University College of Medicine. Before this, he spent nearly two decades at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center, where he led the continuing medical education program and played a key role in teaching medical students in partnership with Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine.

A graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Dr. Chang completed his residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and advanced his training with a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of South Florida. He has held faculty appointments at Columbia University, the University of South Florida, and even maintained operative privileges at Stanford Hospital during his years in private practice. He has also contributed nationally as an oral board examiner for the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and served on the California Medical Association’s accreditation committee.

Through it all, Dr. Chang’s greatest joy has been blending clinical care with teaching and sharing his passion for facial and head and neck anatomy with medical students, residents, fellows, and fellow surgeons across the country.

Now, Dr. Chang is excited to bring this wealth of experience back to private practice here in California. His practice focuses on in-office facial rejuvenation using advanced techniques and a gentle touch.
